If you’re looking to return or exchange your order please let us know, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If there is a problem with an item in your order you can return the item for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method. In some cases the cost of return shipping may need to be covered by you.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Unless there is a problem with the item, discounted or personalised items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

If you think your order was damaged during postage please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order. You will have to file a compensation claim with Australia Post within 30 days of delivery before placing another order for your item.
If you've received your Australia Post tracking number but think your order has been lost please submit an enquiry with Australia Post and let us know too so we can follow it up on our end.
