Flat rate of $9.95 per small order for Standard postage.
Flat rate of $24.95 per order for Express postage.
Flat rate of $18.00 per large/bulky order via standard postage.
DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Postage costs are calculated directly by Australia Post based on the size and weight of the items being sent.
Import Duties and Taxes are not included in postage costs and may be payable to the local customs office upon receipt/pickup of the parcel. Most countries exempt parcels sent as gifts from import duties, please let us know if you want the international order sent as a gift. It is recommended you confirm the estimated duties and taxes with your local customs office prior to ordering.
All items are packaged in protective Kraft paper, in rigid mailers or boxes to prevent damage. Please recycle packaging immediately and keep out of reach of children. We only use landfill-biodegradable tape and are committed to minimising single use plastics in our business.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If you think your order was damaged during postage please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order. You will have to file a compensation claim with Australia Post within 30 days of delivery before placing another order for your item.
